Our Sustainability Appraisal Toolkit is designed to help businesses measure its on-going sustainability performance and CSR commitments against their overall business aspirations.
As an example of our bespoke development work, we recently designed, developed and implemented a web-based toolkit for Lend Lease Consulting, bringing all of their sustainability themes and development phases together into one live management system. The business is now able to share updates and legislation changes instantly over the web, whilst also monitoring their current performance against their sustainability / CSR objectives across the country.
Aspirations are set by the administrator (can be unique to each project) at the commencement of the project, which then automatically sets the sustainability targets for each stage of the project. Site or Project Managers then follow the step by step process and are guided through each stage (with on-line links to other key information, help clips / guidance notes) to ensure they remain compliant and are considering all of the sustainability and environmental risk issues for their unique project.
Questions are intelligently linked to ensure site and project managers are only presented with relevant information to their project. The information is then used to compile their performance reporting and allows them to benchmark each project or region, reducing the amount of time spent on collating information for their quarterly and annual CSR reports.
