Railway Operational Risk (SORA)

Home / Risk management / Railway Operational Risk (SORA)

Since 2001, we have been appointed as Network Rail's Signal Overrun Risk Assessment (SORA) technical authority. As part of our service, we are the sole training provider for the process and carry out competence verifications on all newly trained assessors throughout the industry. Please click here for more information on our SORA training courses.

Together with Network Rail, we wrote the SORA company standards issued in 2003 and are currently an integral part of their process change – currently scheduled for 2013.
