We have been providing risk management consultancy services now for a number of years, helping our clients to identify, understand and mitigate the risks to their business, operation or project.

We have been working with Network Rail in the UK for over 10 years now, helping them to understand, calculate, assess and mitigate operational safety risk across the rail infrastructure.

Since 2001, we have been appointed as Network Rail's Signal Overrun Risk Assessment (SORA) technical authority. As part of our service, we are the sole training provider for the process and carry out competence verifications on all newly trained assessors throughout the industry. Together with Network Rail, we wrote the SORA company standards issued in 2003 and are currently an integral part of their process change – currently scheduled for 2013.

In addition to our Risk Management and Training expertise, we have also designed, developed and implemented a number of bespoke solutions for Network Rail.
