Environmental Risk Management Tool
We recently developed a web-based environmental risk toolkit for Bovis Lend Lease. Our environmental risk mangement tool helps each Site or Project Manager create and monitor the risks at site through our on-line portal. Questions are intelligently linked to ensure site and project managers are only presented with relevant information to their project. With on-line links to the exact and relevant section of the legal register (updated by RSK Group Technical Consultants), help clips and guidance is all made available through one portal, Lend Lease are able to remain compliant and are considering all of the environmental risk issues for each of their unique projects.
PetroRisk
Our on-line environmental risk portal, PetroRisk was designed to help Total manage their petroleum retail outlets more effectively.
PetroRisk consolidated all of Total's petroleum retail outlet environmental risks and provided them with an innovative 'live' management system to help risk rank each site across their entire estate. Each environmental risk assessment includes the Facility Risks, Pathways and Environmental Sensitivities to ensure all elements are understood, considered and potentially mitigated.
Our solution includes a standard risk protocol and various types of interactive geology / ordnance mapping data, offering users a detailed picture of each site and the surrounding areas. We work closely with Emapsite (our data mapping partner) to ensure all of the required considerations for the environmental risk assessment are available and allocated against each client site through our portal.
