Asbestos Risk Management

Asbestos: RSK Business Solutions' fully web based Asbestos Management system, allows large amounts of asbestos data to be managed with ease. This system is perfect for property management companies, local authorities or any company that manages a large amount of data. This system allows our clients, such as The National Trust and logistics company TNT, to keep up to date with the progress of their asbestos surveys, re-inspections and removals and remain compliant. This system follows the new HSG264 guidance and has passed the rigours of a UKAS accreditation audit. The use of this system allows best practice to be followed whilst demonstrating a large time saving when it comes to report production and management.

Online Asbestos Register – Keep all of your asbestos survey information in one place accessible 24/7 and 365 days per year.

Security – the secure log in ensures that you only see the information that is relevant to you, maintaining confidentiality and keeping things simple.

HSG264 – The risk assessment protocols within the system follow the new HSG264 guidance (previously MDHS100).

Admin Functions – The admin function allows our clients to manage their own accounts and reinspections data.

Site Report – Asbestos site reports are produced at a click of a button. Multiple report formats are also included within the system.

Technical Review and Audit – The system contains an audit trail of changes and a technical review function.

Document Library – Upload any document such as the site plan, sample certificates or previous reports, against any property within the database.

Image Upload – Upload an image for each sample point. The system also contains a separate picture library for each property within the system.

Email Notifications – Get notified when a re-inspection is due or a recommendation has not been carried out within a specified timescale.

Contractor Access – Allow access to contractors on a site by site basis. Before carrying out any work at a property contractors are able to login and view the asbestos register for the property.
